Join us at the American Legion Post 151 in Middletown, NY for Group Groove! Part dance party and part sing along - we join together elements of stretching, joyful movement, Zumba Gold, karaoke, and drumming for a great group groove session! This class has a maximum of ten participants. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn to participate in fitness activities.
