Pizza Making - 6/11, 6/25 - 11 A

Service Description

Join us at the American Legion Post 151 in Middletown NY for a two-part pizza making class! During the first week we will practice blooming yeast, kneading dough, creating pizza sauce, and the appropriate ways to store these ingredients. On day one, we will enjoy frozen pizzas and discuss nutrition labels on frozen pizzas as well as general safety and hygiene in the kitchen. During the second session we will roll out the dough that we created in the first session, sauté our toppings, discuss appropriate ingredient ratios, assemble and cook our pizza's and enjoy our tasty creations! ($110.00 cost covers class on 6/11 and 6/25 ($55 per class)) This class has a maximum of three participants.
