About Our Model 

For years, non-profit organizations have struggled to provide quality services to people in our community who require extra support to have meaningful ways to spend their time. Unfortunately, these organizations are often constrained by suffocating regulations, financial waste /administrative burden, and frequently result in isolating programs that spend taxpayer dollars with minimal positive outcomes.

Our approach seeks to connect pre-existing, successful, businesses in the community who can offer stimulating experiences and skill building opportunities to our stakeholders with the intention that these connections can transition to long term opportunities in the broader community, where people can build lasting friendships and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Our company is run by two women with a combined 60 years of experience working in the non-profit service sector. By bridging the gap of confusion between the non-profit and for profit world, and providing an initial accessibility service to build connections, we can cut waste while providing better outcomes for everyone involved!
